For small group carriage and sleigh reservations that do not fall on a holiday, holiday weekend, or during peak season, we require a 72 hour cancellation. Anything less than 72 hours will incur the full price of the ride.

For reservations that fall on a holiday or in peak season*, weddings, parties, reservations longer than one hour, or reservations requiring a second sleigh, we require a minimum 14 day cancellation. Any cancellation made with less than two weeks notice, will incur the full price for the ride.

For large group reservations or any reservation that requires transportation of horse and carriage, we require a minimum 30 day cancellation. Any cancellation made with less than 30 day notice, will incur the full price of the reservation.

To clarify, any cancelations made with in the 72 hour, 14 day, or 30 day window listed above will not receive any refunds on deposits AND will be charged the full balance due for the ride.

A minimum 50% deposit is required on all reservations to hold the date and time. 50% balance may be due 14 days prior to event on larger rides, weddings, parties, and any reservation requiring transportation or special arrangements.

*Our peak seasons are the 3 to 4 weeks around Christmas and New Years and again over Spring Break. Please ask or consult your confirmation email/text to clarify if your ride falls within our peak season, as dates change each year based on when the holidays fall.
